Refund Policy
How refunds work for Nichapy payments, including supporter contributions and subscription billing.

1. General principles
Nichapy enables supporters to financially support founders. Because support can be delivered immediately (e.g. access to updates, community benefits, or digital perks), refunds may not always be available.
2. Support payments (one-off contributions)
- Completed support is typically non-refundable unless there is a clear error, fraud, or a duplicate charge.
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the receipt details.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, unless required by law.
- You can cancel future renewals from your billing settings where available.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If you file a chargeback with your bank, we may suspend related account functionality while the dispute is reviewed. Chargebacks can result in additional processing fees.
5. How to request help
Contact us via the Contact page with your email, the payment date, and any relevant IDs shown on your receipt. We’ll review and respond as quickly as possible.
