• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

Use Nichapy respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Harass others, abuse messaging, or attempt to bypass safeguards.

4. Founder content

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Nichapy a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service (including previews, feeds, and discovery).

5. Support, payments, and fees

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). Platform fees and payment processing fees may apply. When you support a founder, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

6. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage billing settings from your account billing page where available.

7. Payouts

Founder payouts and payout requests (where enabled) may be reviewed or processed manually. Availability of funds can be subject to settlement timing, risk checks, and compliance requirements.

8. Disclaimers

Nichapy provides tools for storytelling and community support. We do not guarantee fundraising outcomes, revenue, follower growth, or campaign success.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nichapy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

You may stop using Nichapy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the platform, other users, or for legal/compliance reasons.
