Quick answers for signing in, supporting founders, subscriptions, payouts, and troubleshooting.

Getting started

  • Founders: publish your first story, then launch a campaign or subscription when ready.
  • Supporters: follow founders to see updates, then support with a one-off payment or subscription (when enabled).

Payments & receipts

  • After checkout, you should return to Nichapy automatically.
  • If you don’t see an updated status, refresh the page after 5–10 seconds.
  • For missing receipts, contact support with the email you used at checkout and the approximate time of payment.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
  • To manage billing, use your account billing page where available.
  • If you’re stuck in a “success” redirect loop, tell support the URL you landed on and your session ID (if shown).

Founder payouts

  • Payout availability can depend on settlement timing and risk checks.
  • When enabled, payout requests can be reviewed by Super Admin before completion.
  • If a payout request is approved or rejected, your wallet view should update shortly.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t sign in: confirm you’re using the correct email and try again. If you used Google sign-in previously, use the same method.
  • Profile not saving: try refreshing and saving again. If it persists, tell us the browser, the page URL, and what field you edited.
  • App keeps reloading: open DevTools Console and send us the first red error line.
